Information we collect
- Enquiry forms. When you request a quote or send a dealer enquiry we collect your name, company, mobile number, email (optional), the material, quantity, site location, required date and any message you write.
- Technical data. To protect our forms from abuse we record the IP address and browser type with each enquiry.
- Analytics cookies. Only if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and clicks on call, WhatsApp, email and download links). IP addresses are anonymised.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and arrange supply.
- To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry.
- To improve this website and our service (analytics, only with consent).
- To prevent spam and misuse of our forms.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Sharing
Your enquiry may be shared within the Sonal Group companies and with the manufacturer or transporter needed to fulfil your order. We use service providers for website hosting, email delivery and analytics (Google LLC). If you choose “Also send on WhatsApp”, your message is sent through WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Retention and security
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to serve you and for our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted. Data is stored on secured servers, access is limited to authorised staff, and connections to this site are encrypted (HTTPS).
